Beauty By Penelope is a Beauty Salon in the Canberra City. I offer hands on treatments with over a decade of experience by a fully qualified beauty therapist with a professional approach.

I stock 2 types of 2 hour developing tanning solution to suit any skin type for any occasion. We have chosen high quality JB Lash Extensions for Eyelash Extensions, we believe they give the best results and last longer. JB Lash Extensions are glossy mink or soft silk feather-light lash fibres.

I use Orly Polishes which are "three free" Dibutyl Phthalate DBP, Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde, Toluene -Hazardous chemicals free.

I offer the CND Shellac service, Shellac is a range from the company CND. Shellac UV3 Colour (gel-like) polish combines the ease of polish with high shine colour. 14 day wear of CND Shellac polish, No chips or smudges. Dries instantly, Shellac is 3-free (contains no Formaldehyde, DBP (Dibutyl Phlthalate) and Toluene).
